New Wisdom Center ("we", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have when you use our website or enroll in our courses.
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account. When you take the language level test, we store your answers and result linked to your account. When you contact us through the contact form, we store the information you provide there.
We use your data to create and manage your account, send you confirmation emails and course-related notifications, contact you via WhatsApp with enrollment and schedule information, determine your language level and recommend the right courses, and to understand and improve site usage through anonymous analytics.
We do not sell your data to any third party. We use a handful of trusted external services to operate: Google (for Google Sign-In and Google Analytics), Resend (for sending emails), WhatsApp Business (for notifications), and Cloudinary (for storing images). These services only have access to the data needed for their specific function.
Our site uses one small technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your preferred language, along with Google Analytics cookies to understand, anonymously and in aggregate, how the site is used. Login tokens are stored locally in your browser, not as cookies.
Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be read by anyone, including our staff. Communication with our site always goes over a secure connection (HTTPS).

Some of our courses are designed for children and teenagers. Enrollment in these courses is done by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
